When Hans Haupt decided in 1928 that he no longer wanted to carry his walking stick and a long umbrella, he came up with the idea for a super small, foldable version that could be stashed away in a pocket once the weather cleared.
With their recent collaboration, KARHU and Knirps vow that they won’t ever leave you (or your sneakers) out in the rain. Launching this fall, the “Sh*tty Weather” pack features two distinct colourways of KARHU’s iconic Fusion 2.0.
Both colourways utilize a rain repellent mesh suitable for almost any sh*tty weather. To complete the outfit, the accompanying Knirps US.050 Ultra Light Slim umbrella is co-branded and so small that it fits in your jacket pocket OR in a sneaker box. Coincidence? We don’t think so.
Both colorways of the Karhu Shitty Weather Pack come with a limited edition Knirps umbrella and are sold exclusively through German sneaker boutiques (complete list, see below) and on www.karhu.com.

The Fusion 2.0 is a tribute to the original 1996 model of the same name, once the top shoe in the Karhu collection. In collaboration with the original designer, Karhu has reinterpreted the Fusion to bring back this iconic design in a sneaker for today- the Fusion 2.0.
